Usually you should put it next to the text describing a Sticker, but it should always be below the == Biography == heading and above the == Sources == heading.

This sticker identifies and recognizes profiles of people people who were or currently are associated with the U.S. state of Alabama or its pre-statehood predecessors. It does not place a profile into a category.

To add this sticker to the profile for a deceased person, place the string {{Alabama Sticker}} in the profile text box in any location below the == Biography == heading.

If the person is living and is currently associated with Alabama, use the string {{Alabama Sticker|living=y}}

If no optional parameters are used, the sticker will look like this:

To use custom text in place of "an Alabamian", enter a vertical line followed by your chosen text, like these examples:
